The new dormer and roof

Mr Villetorte had already extended the family home with a single storey double garage to the side elevation of the existing house, however the works had been left incomplete and with winter fast approaching we were contacted to both complete and improve the existing development.

Hidden Potential

After discussions with both Mr Villetorte and his family we were asked to re-apply for planning permission build on top of the garage and create a new loft extension comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and to convert the double garage to a new open plan kitchen diner, with a new lounge overlooking the rear garden.

Our planning application was successful and the works were completed to our usual high specification within 12 weeks.

This Ongar property now benefits from under floor heating throughout, a top of the range sound system which is wired throughout all of the rooms and the bathrooms now feature wet TVs. The completed house extension also utilises a state of the art heating and hot water system to cope with the requirements of 3 bathrooms and under floor heating. To add to the high end finish the ground floor has polished ceramic tiling throughout.
